The heating system in the room was broken.

We stayed here with our three young kids and found everything just charming. The pool was perfect for the kids, and it was nice to grab some local restaurant tips from the staff. The lodge is well maintained, making it an excellent family spot.

My children wanted a little more kid-friendly activities, especially in the afternoons, possibly some arts and crafts or games. That would enhance the family experience!

The manager was super friendly and really went out of his way for us. Plus, I was blown away by how clean the place was! It felt like we were stepping into a brand new lodge with the upkeep they had going on.

I found the area around the hotel fantastic for wandering, especially with spots like Divine Park just a short stroll away, and I loved being so close to delicious dining at Siam Basil Thai Restaurant, just a few steps away from my room which made grabbing a quick meal super easy.
